SEAMEO CHAT has successfully done the two-day Hybrid Symposium on “Traditions of Food in Southeast Asia: In Trace of Southeast Asia’s Food Culture” 26-27 January 2023 which has been conducted with eleven papers by the local and regional young researchers and professors. There were 30 in person and 50 online participants.

Deputy Director General, Dr. Zaw Win, has given an opening remark on behalf of the Director General of the Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Myanmar.
